Two men face charges for selling IMPOST ER tickets for Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert concert tickets in West Virginia.
Sherman Luke Loy and Dean R. DeSana were arrested on Thursday and both charged with obtaining money by false pretences. Tickets started at $100.
According to criminal complaint the men claimed that a concert will be held on April 24 at a near Harpers Ferry. 11 people filed police reports stating "They bought tickets but never
er recivived them"
Police say the tickets totaled to 17,800 and Loy and DeSana denied charges.
